If we are unable to provide the yacht on the agreed date due to seaworthiness issues resulting from damage sustained during the previous charter or any other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer the client an alternative yacht of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If an alternative yacht is not available, we will issue a full refund to the client.

Cancellation Charges:
72 hours prior to the booking date and time: 20% of the total charter amount
48 hours prior to the booking date and time: 50% of the total charter amount
24 hours prior to the booking date and time: 100% of the total charter amount

Clients are required to respect the authority of the captain at all times. The captain has sole authority over all navigational matters and onboard equipment, and has the right to prohibit any activity that is deemed unsafe. Any kind of antisocial behavior will not be tolerated, and the captain may report such behavior to the police. The captain also has the authority to end the trip early if necessary, and all such decisions are at the captain’s sole discretion. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all passengers onboard.
