1. Reservations and Payment

1. All reservations must be made through our website or over the phone.
2. We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rental fee at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the rental.
3. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the rental date, you will be charged the full rental fee.

2. Only individuals who have signed our rental agreement may operate the yacht.
3. The maximum number of passengers allowed on the yacht is determined by its capacity.

5. The consumption of alcohol is allowed on the yacht, but excessive drinking is not permitted.
6. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
